At Badlands Record Shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your sound. If your vinyl or merchandise arrives damaged or defective, you can return your items within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange.
Verify Eligibility
Ensure your item is in its original packaging and includes all inserts, such as download codes or lyric sheets; opened media is only eligible for return if a manufacturing defect is present.
Contact Support
Email our support team with your order number and a brief description of the issue to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid shipping label.
Secure Packaging
Carefully pack the records in a sturdy, corrugated cardboard mailer to prevent corner dings or seam splits during transit, clearly marking the RMA number on the outside.
Refund Processing
Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your replacement within 3 to 5 business days.
